My Top 3 Biggest Mistakes Last Year

I did quite a lot last year,

and that means I made a few mistakes along the way.

But they were worth learning from,

so I’ve decided to let you in on the top three of them all.

First was not focusing on one thing.

Sometime around Q2, we had a slow month for growth.

Instead of doubling down and doing more of what worked,

I went entirely into a new venture.

I onboarded a course creator to help him scale his offer.

That cost me a lot of time and money—

something that, if I’d put into GW, we’d be far better as a team today.

But like I said earlier, it was a lesson learned.

Second was not charging more.

I barely say it, but GW has been one of the best programs out there.

Never once did I use lifestyle to market it

or borrow a Lambo to sell the course.

Everything I did and used as promo was purely results from people in the program.

But I still wasn’t charging as much as plenty of other programs.

It wasn’t because I couldn’t…

I just underestimated its value to some extent.

But now that we’ve added new sections and a whole lot of updates,

there will be a price change this January.

Side note: If you want to lock in the current price, just book a call here.

Last but not least was pouring my energy into the wrong people.

I’ve always been about helping others grow so we can all win together.

But last year made me realize you can’t help everyone.

Instead of trying to force things,

I should have focused on those who were ready and willing.

Because at the end of the day, energy spent on the wrong people holds you back.
